Job Description

OneSparQ is looking for Assistant Project Manager for a growing construction company in Nashville, TN.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Engineer or Field Engineer in the construction industry.
• Proficient in construction management platforms, including Procore, Bluebeam, Smart PM, or Oracle.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience working on Multifamily and Hospitality construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day management and documentation of construction projects, ensuring adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Manage material procurement processes, including coordination with vendors and tracking deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Support change management by documenting, tracking, and communicating project changes in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents and on-site field teams to facilitate project execution and ensure operational needs are met.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of multifamily, commercial, and hospitality construction projects by supporting all phases from pre-construction through closeout.
