Our Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice covers all aspects of insolvency issues, including bankruptcy cases, adversary proceedings, state court receiverships, and out-of-court restructurings. Qualified candidates should have a strong interest in bankruptcy law and the ability to handle complex bankruptcy and creditors' rights work at a national level. Qualifications Required: Active Missouri licensure or the ability to waive into practice in Missouri is required. Three or more years of bankruptcy/creditors' rights experience or relevant experience is preferred. Superior academic performance and excellent research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.
