We are seeking a passionate, experienced Chef de Cuisine (CDC) to lead our restaurant’s kitchen operations, elevate the guest dining experience, and help shape the future of culinary excellence at our property.
About the Role:
As CDC, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu execution, team leadership, and quality control. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership and support the creative vision of the restaurant. This role is ideal for a hands-on chef with strong leadership, fine dining experience, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily kitchen operations and service execution
Manage, train, and inspire a high-performing culinary team
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
Collaborate on seasonal menu development and culinary innovation
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Manage food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-volume, upscale or resort setting
Strong culinary technique across a variety of cuisines
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Culinary degree preferred
