Abby is on a mission to make mental health support radically more accessible and relatable. We believe the future of mental health is playful, emotionally real, and powered by culture—not just science. We’re looking for someone who gets how to move people online.

We’re seeking a Social Media Creative Director to own our social brand and lead our creative strategy across all platforms. You’ll be the spark behind the concepts, the hand shaping our visual identity, and the mind driving culture-forward content that people can’t scroll past. You’ll know how to make things go viral—again and again—and you’re obsessed with the craft of storytelling, the nuance of internet humor, and the alchemy of brand.

• Lead the design and creative direction of Abby’s social channels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.)
• Consistently generate and execute ideas that drive engagement, virality, and shareability
• Build, manage, and mentor a nimble team of creators, editors, and designers
• Develop creative briefs and content calendars grounded in cultural trends, memes, and psychology
• Analyze performance data and iterate based on what actually moves the needle
• Define and evolve Abby’s visual and voice brand, ensuring consistency across all content
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and leadership to tell our story in surprising ways
• Experiment relentlessly—try 100 things, double down on what works

• You have a proven track record of creating viral content (show us your hits)
• Deep knowledge of the TikTok/Instagram/YouTube landscape; you live and breathe “For You”
• Strong visual/design sensibility and experience leading creative teams
• Taste for the internet’s weirdness, emotional resonance, and cultural zeitgeist
• Strategic thinker who obsesses over results—but isn’t afraid to break things in the name of learning
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast cycles, and the demands of a startup environment
• Portfolio that demonstrates your ability to make people feel, think, and share

• Experience with mental health, wellness, or “mission-driven” brands
• Editing/video production chops
• Meme fluency and a sense of humor
