We’re currently hiring an experienced Cross Country Coach for our seasonal CARA Cross Country program. If you’re passionate about running, youth sports, and making a positive impact, this is your chance to work in a fun, supportive environment with a great team.

The Highlands Ranch Metro District is a special district employing more than 100 full-time staff, and an almost equal number of seasonal staff who assist during the busy summer months. In addition to caring for the many beautiful parks, trails, open spaces, and landscape along the major streets that make Highlands Ranch such a great community, we also provide outdoor sports and activities in our many parks.
As the local government in our community, is committed to providing the following high-quality municipal services while managing resources wisely for Highlands Ranch such as; construction of major roads, installation and maintenance of landscaping and fences adjacent to major roads, installation of traffic signals and street lights on major roads, construction and maintenance of parks and trails, youth and adult outdoor recreation and sports programs, management and maintenance of extensive natural open space areas and so much more.
