Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts (PPLM) and the Planned Parenthood Advocacy Fund (PPAF) are seeking a strategic and experienced public policy professional to serve as Director of Public Policy and Government Relations . This leadership role is responsible for shaping and advancing the organization’s legislative agenda, policy research, and government relations strategy at the local, state, and federal levels.
The Director will serve as the lead lobbyist and policy advisor, working closely with the Vice President of Public Affairs and executive leadership to influence public policy in support of sexual and reproductive health care, gender equity, and public health. This position also oversees a small team, including a Policy Manager and external lobbyist, and plays a key role in coordinating legislative and political activities across the organization.
This is a full-time position based in Boston with hybrid work flexibility. Occasional travel and evening/weekend availability are required based on legislative schedules.
