A Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides compassionate, team-based patient care within home health and hospice settings, supporting patients primarily in Troy, MI and surrounding areas. This role involves managing and delivering patient care plans, traveling to patient locations, and utilizing mobile technology and electronic medical records.
