About the Role As a Logistics Associate in our Austin Pharmacy, you will play a crucial role in our last-mile delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a seamless, delightful customer delivery experience through effective route management, real-time problem solving, and the ability to work across multiple web-based platforms.
- Proactive identification of opportunities to improve cost-savings, safety, and compliance with customer delivery operations
- Effective communication with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners, including the ability to manage multiple threads at once
- Managing anywhere between 10-20 delivery couriers throughout a 3-hour Delivery Window, providing on-the-road support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements: - Minimum education of Associate's Degree or equivalent experience and one to two years of prior dispatch or routing experience
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to address challenges in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and efficiency.
- Availability to work the following set schedule onsite at our Austin pharmacy located at 867 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 102, Atlanta, GA 30308: Monday-Friday, 4:30 PM - 9:30 PM ET (onsite our Atlanta pharmacy). Responsibility will also include the closure of the Pharmacy once all delivery routes have been completed.
