Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Mixer 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Mixer, you will be part of the production department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mixer 2nd Shift

Location: Worcester, MA

Pay Range: $22.00/hr

Shift: Evenings (11:30-20:00)

What's the Job?

• Operate and tend machines to mix or re-screen materials such as abrasive grains, ceramic materials, chemicals, and resins.
• Prepare mixes for Mixer II and Molding functions to ensure quality production.
• Monitor the mixing process to maintain consistency and quality of materials.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals efficiently.

• No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
