We are seeking a SUPERSTAR Multimedia Content Producer/Director Join our team which has been a LEADER in delivering local content to our viewers for more than 70 years. To learn more about our beautiful area click here- Visit Tri-Cities The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment and work collaboratively with both our digital and television teams. Key Responsibilities: Create engaging content for broadcast and digital platforms with attention to grammar and detail. Shoot and Edit video for all media platforms. Create content that captivates and informs readers. Set up and Support live and pre-recorded broadcast and streams. Manage multiple projects with flexibility and efficiency. Collaborate with team members while also working independently. Direct and Operate studio and remote equipment (cameras, graphics, etc.) during newscasts and media productions. Requirements: Multi-tasking Excellent writing and communication skills. Understanding of social media and digital analytics is a plus. Calm, positive demeanor under deadline pressure. Proficiency in computer usage; experience with Photoshop, Adobe Suite, WordPress and OBS capabilities is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Degree in Journalism or related field. Experience in television production or post-production. Work Environment: Team atmosphere in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting with tight deadlines.
