Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute compelling presentation decks, demonstrating a strong understanding of the project’s objectives, deck construction, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Translate complex ideas and data into clear, engaging, and visually appealing slides.
• Apply advanced art direction and graphic design principles to enhance visual storytelling and impact.
• Ensure all presentation designs adhere to agency's and clients' brand guidelines, maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to seamlessly integrate narrative and key messages into the design.
• Stay updated on design trends and innovative presentation techniques to incorporate fresh perspectives into projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the timely delivery of high- quality presentation materials.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their presentation needs and provide design solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
• Incorporate client feedback to refine and improve presentation designs.
• Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) to create polished and professional presentation decks.

Requirements:

• Must work in office Monday-Friday.
• Proficient in translating complex ideas and data into clear, engaging slides using PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to create polished and professional presentation decks.
• Proven ability to design visually compelling presentations that align with client branding guidelines and storytelling objectives.
• Experience collaborating with content creators and cross-functional teams to ensure visual consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
• Strong creative conceptualization skills to enhance visual impact, staying updated on design trends and innovative presentation techniques.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and attention to detail in all design elements, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey design concepts and collaborate effectively.
