• Build Relationships : You’ll engage with homeowners, answer questions, and guide them through the process, focusing on trust and transparency.
• Consult, Don’t Sell : This is not a traditional sales job. You’ll offer a valuable, no-risk solution to homeowners who are concerned about the condition of their largest investment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Motivated Individuals : You’re driven, self-starting, and ready to take on a commission-based role where your earnings reflect your effort.
• Strong Communication Skills : You can talk to anyone and make them feel comfortable while explaining complex information in an easy-to-understand way.
• Ability to Work Outdoors : The role requires you to be active and perform inspections outside, sometimes in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable and Professional : You must have a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience), pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle report check.
