The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology. 

The Opportunity

As the Senior Market Insights Analyst you will conduct primary and secondary market research and analysis to provide insights to the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders within strategic and commercial marketing to support the business in making insights-driven recommendations. Success within this position will be achieved through rigorous application of project-specific methodologies and development of business understanding to identify strategic insights around key priorities.

What You’ll Work On:

  • Design and execute market insights projects, including identification of project objectives, data analysis, report development, and presentations

  • Design and execute appropriate analyses based on understanding of stakeholders objectives and data capabilities/limitations

  • Manage company processes related to procurement, vendor management, and compliance activities

  • Develop knowledge of the business environment, key market events, and changes in consumer trends

  • Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams and peers in the execution of project objectives

  • Display a positive, solutions-based approach to all projects and work effectively in teams

Required Qualifications:

Associates Degree

4 years of experience conducting market research

Experience working in cross-functional teams

Comfort working in excel and PPT

Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in an environment of competing and changing priorities

Experience in life sciences

The base pay for this position is $86,700.00 – $173,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
