Alexa Creative Team is chartered with expanding Alexa+'s capabilities with Create With Alexa program whose mission is to bring creative capabilities to Alexa to transform the typical use of its technology from a mere utility to a source of inspiration and enjoyment, bridging the gap between functional necessity and creative personal expression. We aim to solve customer problems such as how Alexa can enhance creation for personal and professional use, how I can create compelling, high-quality content, how can I overcome writer's block and stimulate creative things, and how I can create personalized messages.

Key job responsibilities
As an Alexa Creative SDE, you will partner with applied scientists, voice designers, product managers and quality assurance to ensure that Alexa can joke, generate images, poems, blogs and delight our customers in every interaction. You will support Alexa's core creative infrastructure, and will be responsible for delivering new cross cutting generative capabilities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
