Responsibilities

  1. Build a Culture of Working Back from the Customer
  2. Lead a growth-oriented sales culture to achieve store performance goals.
  3. Ensure exceptional customer experiences by applying the Five Below service model that empowers your team to say yes to customers.
  4. Anticipate customer needs and create an engaging store environment.
  5. Maintain all merchandising and operational standards consistent with Brand Standards.

Develop a High Performing Crew

  1. Hire, engage, and develop talented employees suited for their roles.
  2. Foster an inclusive culture that values diversity and inclusion.
  3. Provide training, coaching, and regular feedback to promote accountability.
  4. Partner with District Managers and HR for coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
  5. Create a safe environment for customers and staff.
  6. Implement talent strategies to attract and retain top talent, supporting career growth.

Drive a Consistent Business

  1. Analyze business results regularly and identify opportunities for improvement.
  2. Balance priorities effectively, managing payroll and staffing within budgets.
  3. Ensure compliance with all financial controls, inventory procedures, and SOPs.
  4. Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards.
  5. Prioritize tasks and communicate effectively with corporate and store teams.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred minimum 3 years of management experience.
