Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Fast paced, have an eICU remote monitoring system, This unit focuses on bedside shift report, intentional hourly rounding. Looking for highly motivated nurses that are able to critically think through complex situations. The right candidate does not have to be competent in all areas of ICU but needs to be ready and willing to ask questions, seek out resources, and be open to learning new things. The community is culturally diverse and encompasses nationalities that do not speak English including both Hispanics and Sudanese.
