Job Description

J As a Transportation Driver, you will meet and greet guests at specific locations and drive them to/from Hilton Grand Vacations locations, local Hilton Hotels and any other locations as necessary. Act as a Las Vegas tour guide and give details regarding Las Vegas to guests, giving them a positive experience during their transportation.

• Give outstanding customer service to guests while in their care including but not limited to taking souvenir photographs of the guests
• Responsible for courier duties as needed to pick up mail and distribute to accurate locations
• Be professional and courteous to all guests
• Carries out reasonable request by management of which the employee is capable of performing

• Valid Nevada CDL license with Passenger Endorsement and good standing driving record
• Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, evenings, holidays and any other days/hours as required per business needs
• Excellent communications and customer service skills
• Self-starter and able to work without constant supervision
• Must be able to meet and deal with people from all walks of life with ease and diplomacy
• Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor at all times
• Minimal computer skills
• Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• Previous transport experience
