About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to join its Leadership Edge team, which is dedicated to the development of both executives and managers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reimagining executive development, with a focus on designing innovative and impactful experiences for senior leaders. This role involves critically assessing and redesigning traditional leadership development programs to ensure their relevance and effectiveness in the current business landscape. The Executive Director will also be responsible for utilizing diverse learning channels, including the integration of AI, to make learning more accessible and engaging, and for establishing measures to assess the impact of the development programs. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' experience in instructional design, specifically tailored to the development of senior leaders. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to influence at the highest levels, and a strong partnership with key business and HR stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a commercially minded, customer-centric professional with a focus on driving business outcomes, and will possess a strong sense of urgency and an action-focused mindset. Responsibilities also include managing discovery efforts, adapting programs to meet changing client needs, and facilitating transformative learning experiences. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of the company's executive development curriculum, ensuring that the content is not only current but also anticipates future challenges and opportunities.
